How much does a therapy session cost?

IMPORTANT

As I will be working from overseas, I cannot provide Medicare rebate.
To make sure that therapy sessions stay affordable, I have lowered my fee significantly from $300 to $238.

Current Consultation Fee: $238/45min session.

Can I receive Medicare Rebate?

Rebate through Medicare is currently not available because I am working from overseas.

This mean that you will enter your session as a private clients:
You do not need to see your GP for a referral letter or Mental Health Care Plan.
Clinical notes are kept for my records, but no diagnosis or other medical information is sharen with Medicare.

Cancellation Policy?

Please note that appointments must be cancelled directly via the online booking system or by sending an email to: fc.psychefirst@gmail.com

When an appointment is cancelled within the time periods as listed below, a percentage of the scheduled fee will be charged to your credit card. A no-show is considered a late cancellation and the full fee will be charged.

If you cancel more than 2 business days(48hours) before your appointment time,
no fee will be charged.

Please note that cancellation fees cannot be claimed through Medicare or to private health insurance.
Therefore, you will be personally responsible for any cancellation fees incurred.

Notice period* (per 50-minute session):

(Less than 1 business day): 0-24 hours' notice or no show: Full fee = $238

(Less than 2 business days): 24-48 hours' notice: 75% of fee = $178,50
