Welcome to Psyche-First!
How I Help People Thrive
Here are my three biggest passions in supporting others—explore them and choose the path that feels right for you.
Therapy & Psychological Support
I support people who experience challenges related to:
Childhood trauma
Complex PTSD (C-PTSD)
PTSD and single traumatic events
Depression
Anxiety
Low self-esteem and self-worth
Relationship difficulties, including:
Setting boundaries
Saying no
Feeling responsible for everyone and everything
Attachment-based issues
People-pleasing patterns
Not knowing who you are or what you need
Feeling disconnected from yourself or others
My work is trauma-informed and focused on helping you feel safer in your body, your emotions, and your relationships.
Coaching
Ready for change—and ready to thrive?
From the outside, it looks like you’re doing well. But inside, you feel the pressure to stay sharp, deliver every time, and never slip.
Maybe you overthink before big moments.
Maybe doubt creeps in when expectations are high.
Maybe you know you’re capable of more—but something keeps holding you back.
Even at the top, mindset can be the difference between performing and truly excelling.
This space is for you if you’re a executive, a media or TV personality, or an elite athlete seeking clarity, confidence, and calm under pressure—without losing who you are.

Workshops:
Workshop 1:
Attachment & Parenting
These workshops support parents and caregivers in building secure, healthy connections with their children.
You’ll learn the foundations of attachment theory and what secure attachment really looks like in everyday life. We focus on practical ways to strengthen emotional connection, respond to your child’s needs, and create a sense of safety and trust—even during challenging moments.
This is not about perfect parenting, but about understanding, repair, and building a strong, lasting relationship with your child.
Workshop 2:
Attachment & Healthy Relationships (Adults)
These workshops are for adults who want to better understand their relationship patterns and build healthier, more secure connections.
We explore attachment styles and how early experiences influence the way we relate to others today—how we communicate, handle conflict, set boundaries, and connect emotionally. The focus is on increasing self-awareness, developing secure attachment, and learning practical tools for healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
This is a supportive space to understand yourself better, break unhelpful patterns, and create relationships that feel safer, more balanced, and more authentic.
Please note: These workshops are not therapy. They are designed as educational and reflective spaces for adults who want to better understand attachment, relationship patterns, and emotional dynamics.
